Registration is now open for 2012 Summer Academies. Register online today

All registrations must be submitted online at the above link. Payment can
be made online with Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or by mailing
a check.
Academy Tuition is $600 and inclusive of room and board and Nike camp
t-shirt. A FREE NIKE SOCCER BALL IS INCLUDED WITH TUITION PAID IN FULL.
Tuition can be paid in full or made in two payments of $300. Final payment
is due June 1. Failure to submit payment on time may forfeit your position
in the academy.
Within 30 days of registration, please submit to Collegiate Soccer Academy a
completed Health Form found on our Downloads page. Forms can be submitted
via email, fax, or mail. Alternatively, you may provide a record of signed
physical examination by a medical professional conducted within 24 months of
the end of camp and an up-to-date certificate of required immunizations with
dates of administration. Required immunizations are listed on our Health
Form.
Shuttle service to and from Logan Airport is available. Details on shuttle
service can be found on the Shuttle Form on our Downloads page.
