Registration is now open for 2012 Summer Academies. Register online today by clicking the icon above and select "Create a New Account". Once you have created an account, select Add a child, then register that child, and lastly, choose “Check out” under Invoices.
All registrations must be submitted online at the above link. Payment can be made online with Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or by mailing a check.
Academy Tuition is $600 and inclusive of room and board and camp t-shirt.
Tuition can be paid in full or made in two payments of $300. Final payment is due June 1st. Failure to submit payment on time may forfeit your position in the academy.
Within 30 days of registration, please submit to Collegiate Soccer Academy a completed Health Form found on our Downloads page. Forms can be submitted via email, fax, or mail. Alternatively, you may provide a record of signed physical examination by a medical professional conducted within 24 months of the end of camp and an up-to-date certificate of required immunizations with dates of administration. Required immunizations are listed on our Health Form.
