1 - Where will academy activities occur?
The boys academy is hosted at Boston University, while the girls academy is hosted at Lawrence Academy. All academy activities will occur on the grounds of the corresponding institutions.

2 - How do I get a camp t-shirt?
Every camper receives a free official camp t-shirt.

3 - What happens if my child is injured or sick during camp?
A trainer will be present throughout the duration of camp and will be prepared to deal with any emergencies that should arise. Parents will be contacted in the event of an emergency.

4 - What is your refund policy?  Do I get a refund if my child is sick or injured and cannot attend camp?
REFUND POLICY: It is the policy of Collegiate Soccer Academy, LLC not to refund registrants who choose not to play except for health reasons preventing participation that are validated by a signed doctor’s note received 7 days prior to the start of camp and approved by the Director. Other reasons may be approved at the discretion of the Director. Refunds may exclude processing fees ($25).

5 - How do I apply?
Apply online under the “Register Today!” tab. Payment may be submitted online with a credit card or by mail with a check. You will receive confirmation email when payment is received. Receipt of payment will secure enrollment.

6 - What do I bring to camp? What should I wear?
Each camper should bring enough shorts, socks, underwear and t-shirts for their entire stay at camp. Campers are also responsible for providing linens (sheets and towels) and pillows. In the event of cool weather or in the case of the potentially air conditioned dorms at Boston University & Lawrence Academy, a blanket or sleeping bag is suggested. To prevent problems with lost luggage associated with air travel, campers should pack medications, toiletry items, money, soccer shoes, soccer ball, shin guards, shorts, t-shirts and other essential items in a carry-on bag.

7 - If it rains, will camp be cancelled?
Unless there is extreme inclement weather, training sessions are conducted outdoors. Indoor facilities are available in the event of inclement weather and for classroom sessions.

8 - How can I reserve a space in the Collegiate Soccer Academy?
You must register online using the “Register Today!” tab and submit payment online or by mail. Payment by mail must be received within 5 business days of online registration to guarantee your spot.

9 - My child is a goalkeeper. Will you have specialized training for them?
A goalkeeper coach will be on staff and will work directly with goalkeepers to provide specialized training.

10 - Can I fax my application?

11 - Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can pay either the full tuition payment or the deposit of $300 online using your credit card. All credit card transactions are secure.

12 - When is the final payment due?
The final payment for the BOYS camp is due June 1st.
The final payment for the GIRLS camp is due on June 1st.

Please send a check for the remaining balance to: Collegiate Soccer Academy LLC, 3 Mason Drive, North Grafton, MA 01536 by this date. Failure to pay in full by the above dates may jeopardize your enrollment in the academy.

Checks for final payments will NOT be accepted at check-in.

13 - Who should checks be addressed to?
All checks should be payable to "Collegiate Soccer Academy".

14 - Are there any discounts?
Yes, a family discount of $20.00 per camper is available when 2 or more siblings from the same family register at the same time. You are charged the full camp fee for the first camper and then you are provided a $20.00 discount for each sibling.

15 - What is the best airport to fly into?
The closest airport to our campus is Boston Logan Airport.

16 - How do campers get to and from the airport?
Shuttle service is provided by the Collegiate Soccer Academy upon request. A shuttle release form will be emailed to you after registration. The fee is $15 one-way or $30 roundtrip.

17 - Do I need to submit a release form and health record in order to participate?
Yes, in order to participate, participants are required to submit completed medical/health forms with current immunization records prior to the start of camp. These required forms will be attached to the confirmation email sent after online registration. This is a Commonwealth of Massachusetts law. You must submit a report of a physical examination must conducted during the preceding 24 months which provides clearance to participate in sports and lists current medications and known allergies.

18 - Can a camper arrive early or late? Can a camper leave early or late?
Yes. However, the camper will be responsible for making his own arrangements with regards to transportation and lodging if they arrive early. If they wish to leave early, we can provide transportation if we are notified in accordance with question 16. We will also need a signed letter release by parents informing the director at which time the CSA participant will be leaving the camp.

19 - Are parents allowed to watch?
Yes, parents can come to watch their child participate during training and or games.

20 - Can the parents come back to the dorms with participants during the camp?
Parents are not allowed in the residential dormitories once the opening meeting has taken place and the first session has started.

21 - What happens in the event of property damage or lost keys?
Participants for the boys academy need to provide a refundable $200 security deposit at check-in. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of the completion of the academy provided there are no damages or missing materials.

A security deposit is not required for the girls academy. 

22 - Are linens provided?
Each camper should bring their own linens, pillow, blankets and towel. In the event of cool weather or in the case of the potentially air conditioned dorms at Boston University, a blanket or sleeping bag is suggested.

23 - How can I reach a camper?
Cell phones are allowed at the academy. Also, payphones are available. 24 - Can I request a roommate?
Registrants may request roommates when they complete their registration. Roommate requests are not honored until full payment has been made and all required registration paperwork has been submitted.

25 - Are the dormitory rooms air conditioned?
All of the dormitory rooms are air conditioned at Boston University, while some of the dormitories at Lawrence Academy are air conditioned. We will inform participants for the girls academy, one week prior to the start of camp if they are assigned to air conditioned rooms. 

26 - What is the daily schedule for the campers?
Click on "Tentative Schedule" tab and you will have access to the CSA tentative daily schedule for both the Boys and Girls ID academies.

27 - Do I need to bring a soccer ball? Can I purchase a soccer ball while I am at camp?
All campers should have a soccer ball at the academy. If a camper makes a full payment on the initial sign up, they will receive a Nike soccer ball inclusive in the cost of camp. If a complimentary ball is not given, then you should bring a ball with you. Campers can also purchase a soccer ball at camp. Soccer balls will be available for purchase during registration check-in on the first day of camp, but are limited in numbers.

28 - How much does the CSA Camp cost?
The academy tuition is $600.
